Are the wood beam lamps solid beam? - Yes, our wood beam lamps are solid. It makes them much more sturdy and aesthetic.

What kind of wood do you use for your product? - We use reclaimed old growth pine for our Beam Lamps, some of the most environmentally friendly wood products available. 

Can I change bulbs? - Yes, the replacement of GU10 LED bulbs is an easy process, offering a wide market availability. Featuring a 6W (50W equivalent) energy-efficient option producing 450 lumens, this dimmable bulb comes in both bright white (3000K) and daylight (5000K) variations.

What is ideal height of beam lamp in home? - We would suggest to read our article in this link.

Can I hang the beam lamp on sloped ceiling? - Yes, we provide the adapter fittings as a separate item, that works on any vaulted ceilings.

How heavy is my beam lamp? - The 32 inches version (3 LED spots) is cca. 14-15lbs, 48 inches long lamp (4 LED spots) is around 20-22lbs.

How long does it take to fulfill an order? - It takes 4-7 business days to fulfill an order. Each product is made to order and goes through our rigorous quality control process.

How do I track my order? - We provide order tracking information when your order is shipped. Feel free to reach out to us if you haven't received your tracking information.

Can I get a custom order? - No, we don't offer custom orders for this particular lamp.
